  1. Refund of Modem Equipment Purchases: If you are not completely satisfied with your modem equipment order, we offer a 14-day return policy by contacting customer support at 877-659-0040. With the exception of the products/services detailed below (under “Equipment Return Terms”) returned equipment is eligible for a refund less $50.00 line management fee and shipping charges both ways.
  2. In the event you have leased equipment, you must refer to the terms and conditions located on your lease agreement [lease option no longer available].
    • LOSS OR DAMAGE TO LEASED EQUIPMENT. By the execution of this agreement and the acceptance of delivery and installation of equipment, you agree to assume full responsibility for the protection and safekeeping of the leased equipment. In the event of loss, damage or destruction of the leased equipment through no fault of Infinite Internet Corporation, you are responsible to reimburse Infinite Internet Corporation in the amount of the cost of the equipment ($349.99)

    **Please confirm sales package details prior to purchase as some packages are NONREFUNDABLE.

  3. Refund of GTEN High Gain Antenna (INTERNET SUBSCRIBERS ONLY): If you are not completely satisfied with your GTEN Antenna order, we offer a 14-day return policy by contacting  customer support at 877-659-0040. With the exception of the products/services detailed below (under “Equipment Return Terms”) returned equipment is eligible for a refund less shipping charges and a $25.00 equipment restocking fee.
  4. Refund of Equipment (EQUIPMENT ONLY ORDERS): If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment order, we offer a 14-day return policy by contacting customer support at 877-659-0040. Equipment only orders are subject to a 25% restocking and reconditioning fee.

Infinite Internet Corporation nor GTEN America Inc., condone the use of any GTEN communication equipment without a valid SIM card that has an authorized plan to be used in a modem device. Failure to use the proper rate plan for modem devices will cause your device to lose connection and may be subject to IMEI blocking by the common carrier. IIC & GTEN America, Inc. does not promote that the use of unauthorized SIM cards to circumvent the common carrier nor will a non-working unauthorized SIM card be a reason for warranty assistance. Not all SIM cards will work with GTEN devices. Please check with your common carrier first before purchasing.

Purchase of any coaxial cables, mounting hardware including mast/poles, power cords, ethernet cables, adapters, batteries, SIM cards and any other items purchased from Infinite Internet Corporation besides FULL PURCHASE price GTEN Modems are considered FINAL SALE: The items listed in this category are not eligible for any refund or exchange credit under any circumstances. We will not accept any returns for these items. 

Equipment Return Terms:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, or the order is in any way damaged/incomplete, you must report the issue to us within 7 days. We are not obligated to replace missing/damaged items if they are not reported to customer service.
  • All shipping charges regardless of situation are not refundable.
  • In the event that your package has to be redirected by FedEx/UPS/USPS after it has shipped due to customer error or request (e.g. you entered an incorrect address when placing the order OR you decide you want it delivered to an alternate location once it’s already in transit), you will automatically be charged a $20 redirect fee
  • Modem equipment ONLY falls under our 14-day policy refund policies previously stated, However, there are a few exceptions:
  1. The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals, and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.

Cost of items not returned with original packaging; this also includes returning items in non-returnable condition.

  1. You MUST contact us by calling customer support at 877-659-0040 before returning an order – if you return products without contacting us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) there will be an automatic restocking fee that is applicable to all items being returned for a refund. We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number. RMA numbers will be issued by a customer support representative and will be recorded on your account.
  2. Any refused shipments will incur a $50 line management fee plus the cost of return shipping.
  3. If you are returning a product that came with free accessories, you must return the free accessories as well. If you fail to return the accompanying free accessories, your refund will be reduced, or you will be charged our regular sale price for the free items.

Defective Equipment: If the customer has had the equipment over 90 days, they must purchase a replacement device at a discounted rate. Customers with defective equipment they have had for less than 90 days will require the approval of exchange by a technical support representative. Upon approval, the customer will be given return instructions.

**Modems that are damaged for physical or lightning damage are subject to the full cost and will not be refunded. There are no exceptions.

By purchasing from Infinite Internet Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions on our site.

Internet Service Termination:

Termination Of Service: You may terminate INTERNET services with Infinite Internet Corporation. at any time. Infinite Internet Corporation may terminate your account within 48 hours if you fail to pay for services on your set recurring billing date, furthermore we may terminate your account for any violation of the acceptable use policy. In the event of termination at that customer’s request, you must notify us by calling customer support at 877-659-0040, we only accept phone calls for termination of service requests. In the event of termination by us, we may attempt to reach out beforehand however this is not a requirement, and your service may be instantly suspended or terminated without notice.

Refund of Internet Services: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may request the termination of services by calling customer support at 877-659-0040. If you are within the 14 day cancellation policy, Infinite Internet Corporation will issue a prorated credit from the day you have stopped service minus a $50 line management fee. The purchased equipment is yours to keep after the trial period has expired. All Infinite GTEN modem equipment is factory unlocked and may be used elsewhere.

We do not under any circumstances offer any service refunds after the 14 day trial period.
