This plan will offer customers higher speed data throughput and UNLIMITED usage and features 175GB of Premium data. This plan costs $95 per month and is billed directly from AT&T to the customer.
• Modem Purchase Promotions from IIC: We will be offering the setup options below based on your needs and budget. We are providing 2 options for setup with our robust modem product line included in the setup. The initial setup cost includes the programming fee, sim card cost and shipping, all of which are non-refundable. Modem purchases are refundable as per the terms of the Infinite Internet return and refund policy found on this site.

To qualify for small business services from AT&T, you must be in the general AT&T coverage area. You can review coverage for your location by visiting https://www.att.com/maps/reseller.html. Most areas will have AT&T coverage; however speeds and signal will vary from location to location.

Business Requirements

To qualify for small business pricing on AT&T’s business plans and services, a valid Federal Tax ID Number (aka Employer Identification Number “EIN”) and at least one responsibility User (CRU) “normally the setup person establishing service” is required. A credit check may be run against the business and if your business is less than 6 months old, you may be required to place a security deposit directly with AT&T to qualify for services or back the business application with your personal credit report.

If you accept the deposit option, the deposit is refundable by AT&T with 12 months of good standing payment history. Deposit requirements may vary and are solely determined by AT&T. IIC will assist in the application process and attempt to request deposit waivers, if possible. Not all customers will qualify for deposit waivers and this is solely at the discretion of AT&T. Furthermore, AT&T Credit may contact you to obtain additional information to waive deposit requirements.

• Businesses that have established a DUNS file and/or an Experian file are likely 99% to be approved for $0 deposit.
• All applicants must have a federal TAX ID/EIN/ETIN, newer businesses may use there personal credit to help the application be approved.
• Businesses that are considered a sole proprietor without an EIN, they must register for an EIN at https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/apply-for-an-employer-identification-number-ein-online

Once approved, IIC will begin the process of building your order which includes:

• AT&T account creation, you will receive an email to set up AT&T online account access where you can check your usage, pay your bill, establish an account PIN and more.
• AT&T SIM card activation and testing, at IIC we do all the testing in our quality control lab before shipping the product to you. We check for connectivity and proper functions of all equipment shipped, regardless of if it is a complete Modem kit or just a SIM card.
• After all testing is confirmed, you will receive a USPS tracking number, we use priority mail service and do not promise any time frame of receipt of the package, once you have your tracking email, please visit https://www.usps.com/
• Upon receipt of your equipment, please immediately test your service to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the entire setup.

You can contact AT&T directly, however while this situation is very rare, IIC will provide support for its modem products sold under this program, including helping with improved channel acquisition (Band Locking) as well as any warranty concerns related to the modem itself, additionally as an AT&T solution representative we can assist with certain AT&T account level concerns, however AT&T Business has a direct contact for any concerns related to fees, credits or any other billing concerns. Equipment upgrades and purchases of additional equipment is handled directly by IIC.
