Had problems when I received my new SIM card… Called and was put on hold and finally hung up after 20mins…. Created a support “ticket” and Travis called me back within 7mins and got me back online! YESSSSSSSS!

Landon, with tech support, was an Ubermensch, who knew his stuff an remained undaunted in the face of multiple start-up issues. Unlike Verizon who I spent 3 weeks attempting to start a service that lest me utterly disgusted with the carrier.
I switched from Hughes Net to Infinate because I couldn't stand Hughes Net and this was my only other option. I am so glad it was. This has been the best customer service and tech service I have ever had. My internet is finally fast enough to do what I need to do and I am not using a suspicious amount of data anymore. I can't recommend these guys enough!
